Pour l’ouverture du Printemps de l’Art Contemporain, Doriane Souilhol et Douglas Morland présentent au MAC la performance Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue. Fruit d’une collaboration entre les deux artistes, il s’agit d’une nouvelle production spécifiquement conçue pour les espaces extérieurs du MAC. Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue est une exploration mi-théâtrale mi-sonore de la circulation de la communication, des bruits, malentendus ou fausses interprétations qui se créent dans le mouvement entre la transmission et la réception d’une information, des textures allitératives et oxymoriques du langage, qu’il soit parlé ou gestuel. Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue s’inscrit dans le projet L’intrigue se cherche dans le dénouement de son nœud présenté à La compagnie, lieu de création pendant le festival.

For the opening of the festival Printemps de l’Art Contemporain, Doriane Souilhol and Douglas Morland are performing their work Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue at the Museum of Contemporary Art. Result of collaboration between the two artists, this performance is a new production specifically designed for the exterior spaces of MAC. Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue is a half-theatrical half-audible exploration of the circulation of communication, of noises, of misunderstanding or false interpretations which take form from the movement between transmission and reception of an information, of alliterative and oxymoronic textures of the language, whether spoken or gestural. Sur le bout de la langue / On the Tip of the Tongue is part of the project L’intrigue se cherche dans le dénouement de son nœud presented at ‘La Compagnie, lieu de création’ during the festival.
